How to fold the paper bellow...

As some of you may not be origami expert 8-), the following photos show how to fold the bellow. English is not my native language so minimal explanation given...

The printed layout.

Cut the egdes.

Start the first fold.

Just keeps on folding. Then flip and refold on reverse side.

This is how is should like after the 'refold'.

Start fold the ends as shown. Just along the short lines...

Do it on all the lines...

Here come the tricky part... look closely and see how the fold is made... then repeat all the way...

Another view...

Voilla... one side is done... now do for the other side...

Additional Photos of my current setup

My current setup to contain the chips. Spot lighting and air blower hose...

Made my proxxon spindle mount. The spindle is 250W with 6000rpm maximum speed...

My dremel mount for use whenever I need high speed machining (PCB isolation milling, engraving, etc)... Spindle can go up to 37000 rpm...

Made Way Covers for Sherline Mill





Not happy with the exposed leadscrew for the y-axis of my Sherline mill. Picked up some ideas from photographers bellow... made mine using tracing paper... looks okay and function great...
